The food was another highlight: room service was tasty, breakfast was delicious, and dinner at the restaurant was unforgettable. In fact, it was one of the best meals of our whole trip, with an outstanding wine list – even compared to several Michelin-starred restaurants we visited. Very good hotel! Perfect location, reasonable price including breakfast. It was very clean in rooms, so clean and new bed textile, regular daily room cleaning. It was exceptionally polite personnel, staff at the front desk helped to solve all questions. It is also convenient, that there is a big parking right behind the corner of the hotel. I would like to emphasize that the breakfast was simply amazing: home made style of omelette was combined with selection - 8 salads, 9 mild cheese, 6 hard cheese, salmon, sausages, meatballs. You could have as well serials, croissants, toasts, joghurts, and what is amazing - champagne! I have read in previous comments, that railway near hotel makes noise and I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel staff took the complaints into consideration and earplugs were provided for everyone in the rooms. But actually we didn't hear the noise, it depends which side faced the window. Also note that only two hotels in Rüdesheim including Traube Hotel have a driveway in front of the hotel, to all the others you have to carry your things from the parking lot by foot.

We didn't realize this is one of the Relais & Châteaux hotels before we arrive, and we're totally satisfied after arrival. Pretty nice holiday getaway hotel with good location, view, facility and friendly staff. There is a gift riesling in the room(yes of course, this is Geisenheim, riesling is the reason that brought us here), and it is a pretty tasty one. The hotel has a fine restaurant attached to it, but we didn't have a chance to try due to reservation issues.

Frankfurt is a great city with lots of green spaces.

Frankfurt is a great city with lots of green spaces. I love art, there are so many interesting sculptures everywhere. We stayed close to the old town because we had enjoyed it on a previous visit and could walk there from our hotel within a few minutes. We only had one night this time round but made the most of various old town eateries.

Nothing much here compared to other towns. Didn’t understand the Grimm Brothers museum and what it was trying to achieve. The Bergpark was good. Great for nature lovers. Three night maximum stay is sufficient.

The city has more to offer than fabulous Mathildenhöhe. There is the very beautiful castle and the marvellous Landesmuseum. The Jugendstilbad (swimming pool in a historical building) was great. People are kind and helpful everywhere.

It is more touristic than I thought, a bit overcrowded for my taste. One reason to not take the cable car up the mountain. If you like crowds and lots of restaurants you're at the right place. We had a good meal in Willingen. We went to the hang bridge (Sky walk) nearby, we visited the Dimeltalsperre and we went shopping in Winterberg.

The city is trying to improve itself.

The city is trying to improve itself. There is much room for improvement the best area and seems to be relatively new is in the Hafen. We will stay in that area Should we ever need to be in Offenbach again.

My Dad served in Fulda during the early 1970s.

My Dad served in Fulda during the early 1970s. It was a joy to go back and learn what an amazing and vibrant city that Fulda is. I enjoyed exploring it's cultural heritage during the wine festival and it was lovely to see so many of the site's I grew up hearing about.

Came here for Tradeshow in Frankfurt.

Came here for Tradeshow in Frankfurt. Really like that it is only a short walk to train station and only 3 short stops to Messe in Frankfurt. Easy to come here without car. During the week several restaurants are close by within walking distance, but they are all closed on weekends. 15 Minutes walk to center of Eschborn for several restaurants on weekends. Enjoyed these walks after a long day indoors at the tradeshow. It is really easy to get around without car. REWE Grocery store close by for small snacks and necessities.

It is a great town with lots to do along the Rhine.

It is a great town with lots to do along the Rhine. If you are looking for something less sleepy and has more shopping, restaurants and winery this is a great option. All ferries/cruises stop here so it is easy to get to as well. One thing to note is that it gets crowded with the larger river cruises stop for the day or night but we didn't mind as it added a fun energy to the town and the shops were open.
