This hotel appeared to be the best in the area, with great views, accommodations and meals. The restaurant was absolutely delicious and the staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. We look forward to staying again when we are in the area.

Our first test in any accommodation we spend the night in, is always about cleanliness and ‘lodge El Taique’ past with flying colours. Clean and nice smelling linen. The room was surprisingly large with a great view of the lake ( volcanoes too we told , but clouded when we visited). The friendliness and helpfulness of Audrée and Mickael made us feel very welcome. This haven is a wonderful place to relax and wind down or to use as a base. I wish we had stayed longer..

The owner, Claudio was really welcoming. The cottage is very well equipped, completely new and clean. It has a very good value for the money. It has 3 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, and a TV with all the channels.

The location is spectacular. We used the kayaks and had a wonderful outing on the lake.
