Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. Here’s a polished review you can use: Our stay at Swiss Luxury Apartments was nothing short of exceptional. The location is absolutely perfect – just steps away from Lake Geneva, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The apartments were spotless and, unlike many apartment-style accommodations, housekeeping came in daily to tidy up and refresh towels, which was a wonderful touch. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They took care of our luggage, placing it in the room upon arrival and later assisting us in loading it into our car when we checked out. One of the most thoughtful details was the presence of a Qibla direction in the room – a small gesture that meant a lot to us as Muslim guests. What truly made our stay memorable was how they acknowledged our honeymoon – we were welcomed with a sweet handwritten note and a lovely selection of snacks. It was a heartwarming surprise. Honestly, I loved everything about this place. If I ever return to Geneva, I wouldn’t think twice – I’d definitely stay here again.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were assisted with parking immediately and our room was ready. Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated and the temperature was perfect. There was a fruit plate, two bottles of water and a couple of Lindt chocolates in our room. Fresh fruit is always welcome when I travel. The bed was comfortable with adequate linens to keep us warm on December nights. Breakfast had a great variety and there was great service. All in all, the staff was wonderful, friendly and warm.

    All necessities for convenience, like comfy beds, fridge, kettle are provided. Spacious toilet cum bathroom, spotlessly clean and quiet. The (paid) dinner was exceptionally rich and delicious, and its (restaurant) service was very courteous and warm. Excellent swimming facilities (sizeable pool, comfortable jacuzzi and spa) are provided with no extra cost. A very good breakfast with a rich variety of hot and cold food. Free shuttle bus to the airport every 30 minutes.

    We loved Geneva , only disappointing thing was everywhere was shut on the Sunday . Wish trip was longer so we could have went up to Mont Blanc . Didn’t rate the boat trip not much to see , until clouds dispersed. Then could see the tops of alps which looked stunning

    The hotel was well situated with great views over the lake and easy transport into Geneva as the bus and train station is only about 200 metres away. The local area is very clean and with a selection of places to eat - including an excellent Chinese restaurant 5 ,minutes walk away.

    A great place to stay!

    A great place to stay! The host is such an amazing person and easily approachable. The apartment was so clean with all necessary facilities and my family as a whole enjoyed a lot and I would rate this apartment as the best ever I've stayed so far. Highly recommend! Very good for the pricing.

    Actually, Booking.Com is recklessly negligent in still...

    Actually, Booking.Com is recklessly negligent in still advertising the Subject Property in Vesenaz because the latter has claimed that it has stopped accepting bookings since the start of the year, and so why did the former take my money/claimed my booking was confirmed. The decent thing to do Booking.Com is not only return my money, but also compensate me for painstakingly finding a substitute accommodation that is almost four times more expensive than the Subject Property that failed/refused me entry on 28 March 2023.

    Geneva lake and surrounding is breath taking view. Public tranport is excellent. We enjoyed Bus card service which offered to toirist to travel around geneva, free of charge, during your stay in Geneva. We dine at Crown plaza, good ambiance.

    A good jumping off place for work at the UN or generally in Geneva. A very nice little town with plenty of amenities within easy walking distance. Public transport right across the street. Noisy with the train tracks just across the street and jet arrivals every 2-3 minutes from the early morning to about 23:00. The lifts will drive you crazy. Helpful staff, especially Debora at the desk and Joseph in the dining area. There are cheaper alternatives on the French side but less conveniently situated.

    Geneva is beautiful.

    Geneva is beautiful. The lake is amazing the food is glorious, though expensive, but there are bargains to be had in supermarkets. The yellow boat/ferry back and fore is an excellent way to traverse the lake and is free. Make use of the free public transport whenever possible via the free tourist pass. Most of the hotels will be able to email you with a link to the free pass system. We took a bus from the airport to the hotel and back again for our return home. Trams and buses are free. Take the scenic boat trip, well worth the time and money. Easy to get about on foot but you can walk lots if you want. Plenty of restaurants/cafes available to eat either breakfast, lunch or dinner. However be warned, Most shops don't open Sundays, including grocery stores. Cafes will open by about 10am.

    For a small town -- great restaurants within walking distance of hotel. Pastry shop across from the hotel -- amazing. Pizza restaurant down the street was wonderful. Aldi across from the train platform -- perfect for snacks and wine.
