It was an excellent experience at this hotel... I renewed my stay for another 2 days... Here you have to give the receptionist his due.. The person is called Jaafar, he is a very well-mannered, polite and extremely cooperative person who overcomes all difficulties. Thank you Jaafar... The sugar also goes to his colleagues at the hotel reception, they were kind and cooperative. As for the hotel, its location is excellent, close to the sea promenade, the restaurant, and the squares. I highly recommend it.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is situated in a perfect and beautiful location. Very polite and friendly staff members, non stop service. My room was very comfortable with a sea view. The breakfasts were delicious with a big variety of choices. P.s. I would like to express a special gratitude to Ahmad and Elshan for their warm and friendly attitude and you felt at peace in their company.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was nice and new (a little bit dark though). Cleaning is daily, they change the towels and replace the bottle of water if you finished it. Location was perfect for us, everything is in walkable distance. Breakfast was also good, they even prepare eggs as you wish. I would definitely come back, very nice place.

Staying at Twelve Inn was an absolute pleasure! I stayed there for one night and I wish I could stay longer! The team was really nice and attentive. The room was spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The convenient location made it easy to get around, and the overall vibe of the place was super inviting.     Beautiful city with rich traditions . Good Food and malls . Formula 1 track . Shahdagh is a must visit place . Very polite and friendly locals. Good place to visit but for a short duration. I feel 4 to 5 days are more than enough.

    An interesting city to walk through at day and night time as well. You can walk along the promenade at Caspian Sea for many kilometers, can visit a lot of nice parks and the views to the Flame Towers at night are incredible. The walks through the old city as well as neighboring streets with older European style buildings are also pretty enjoyable. For a short stay I would also recommend a day tour in the surround of Baku.
