CanadaThe location was very convenient, as without a car, the bus transportation was just around the corner, and Robyn gave us all the info on what bus to catch, when and where. If needed, Michael offered to drive us, which was a huge help. We asked for a special breakfast the last day we were there, and were not disappointed, as there was lots to enjoy. Being Seniors, we had difficulty with the padded key lock, so Robyn gave us a key to the front door, which was extremely considerate. I would certainly recommend Robyn's Nest to anyone travelling to Noosa. Thank you Robyn and Michael, it was a pleasure staying at your house, or as you said, this is your house!!

CanadaNice old home that is clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds and a large living room and kitchen to use. Friendly owner also greeted us when we arrived and provided helpful tips of things to do and see around the area.
The 30-40 kangaroos that live in the area are also a real treat to see if you aren't from Australia. Always a few around the house or neighbors at any time.

A little bit of luxury and total peace and quiet except for the birds which we love. Each cottage has its own covered deck and is separate from any other cottage. Lovely native bush is around each one with an outlook towards the park like grounds. Lovely walk to Lake Weba where you can sit and relax or go for a canoe ride. Or cottage had a spa bath, separate bathroom, lovely comfortable bed, kitchen/dining facilities and small seating area. And having the ferry stop so close was a great asset. Everybody we interacted with at Reception were really friendly and always made a point of acknowledging us when we left or returned to the resort. The pool was great and very welcoming, as was the spa, hubby loved the sauna. Very "cosmopolitan vibe". Suits young and old, wealthier travellers as well as backpackers. Like the shops, eateries and parks, gardens, beaches. Ferry ride was fabulous and inexpensive, hop on off etc. Bike trails and hiking boardwalks are well maintained. A great starting point to venture for different walks along the coast which I love to do. Regular buses are only 50c per ride by buscard or app on phone and gets you to many places between Noosa and Maroochydore from bus stop very close to hostel, including a change very close to Maroochydore airport. Extensive beach so never busy. Lovely town with range of shops and restaurants. Easy access to bus system. Coolum walkable from Peregian Beach. Had a great trip. Stayed in the wilderness tents which was very no frills and the beds uncomfortable and wobbly. We also couldn’t lock our door. We had a family members stay in their better glamping tents and they seemed much more comfortable. We will come back and stay in the better glamping tents. Lovely people to deal with. We did ferry from Tewantin to Hastings Street and back. The views and location are great. But dont talk about the cleanliness or the pool because the pool is not swimmable at 16degrees. Lots of things missing out of the drawers and some dirty dishes. A great family experience, kids loved having the kangaroos around, lots to do. Rock climbing was fun, the staff was super friendly. Kids loved the playgrounds, jumping pillow, put put. The motel /room had some basics missing in the kitchen which are usually standard in "Luxury Motels", such as no salt or pepper, paper towels, ice tray in the kitchen. There is no swimming pool on the property, which is standard in most "Luxury Motels". The bathroom was very "spartan", having minimal places to hang clothes, put washing and bathing necessities. A little thought needed in there to make it more user friendly".
