Incredibly amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel for visiting. It was one of the best places where I had been. The room was just huge and clean. The price is really nice. And the workers were friendly and kind. Breakfast was also good and tasty. The beaches are a 5-minute walk from the hotel. 11/10. Thanks ❤️

Villas Palma is a fantastic new hotel just minutes from Rinas Airport. The rooms are a standout — brand new, beautifully designed, very spacious, and comfortable. Everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully put together, from the furnishings to the layout. This is a truly wonderful and perfectly equipped hotel. We especially loved the fantastic breakfast served on the rooftop in an open-air setting (though indoor seating was also available). We also appreciated the lovely selection of cosmetic products provided.

We enjoyed the location of the apartment and how super helpful the Staff were! From helping us with parking, they really went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Our children aged 7 and 9 loved the upstairs bed and we found the apartment super clean, with everything that we needed. We would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to be close to the sights but still quite enough not to be disturbed by the night hustle and bustle.

    · An absolute gem of a hotel, it is situated across the hill from the castle with incredible view of the surrounding area. The rooms' balconies are large and all seemed to have this great view. The staff were really helpful, helping us with connections. Finally the restaurant of the hotel was one of the best we have tried in our stay with Albanian cuisine and fresh ingredients.

    My room at the Aragosta hotel overlooked the sea and had a good size balcony. The room was extremely large and comfortable with a beautiful big bathroom. The decor was chic and modern . I was very comfortable. The Aragosta restaurant is very good and served excellent seafood . The beach was easy to access and the water was beautiful!

    Durrës is a very diverse city, with both modern buildings and unfinished construction as well as scattered trash. The seafront promenade is long and pleasant, lined with plenty of restaurants and small shops. Public transport is available and inexpensive, with a bus ticket costing 40 lek. You can also find bike rentals for exploring the city.

    This is perfect for its purpose!

    This is perfect for its purpose! A clean, comfy bed to catch some sleep before a flight. We could return our car, walk to Rinas to sleep and walk to the airport in the early morning. It worked out perfectly. Safe, clean & our bed was actually the most comfortable we had in our 2 weeks in Albania.

    Krujë is a lovely spot with both cultural and visual appeal.

    Krujë is a lovely spot with both cultural and visual appeal. One day is sufficient to see what there is to experience. I stayed an extra day because I had work to do online. Be warned, this is a mountain down so you will be doing a lot of up and downhill walking. Reconsider if you have mobility issues.

    The beaches are awefull around Cape Rodon. Lot's of trash and garbage floating around the beaches and sea. Currently there are 2 newly built resorts (Saint Michelle Residence and Resort Arbeni) being demolished for unknown reasons. Our first booked accomodation let us know that they had to cancel our booking due to Albanian new legislation (Piceri Rodoni). In my opinion it is better to stay at the beaches of Dürres and visit the cape as half a day trip. But if you want to have a non-active holiday, Rodoni resort is the best place you could imagine to stay.

    We had to drive, but it wasn't a problem for us. We discovered some really nice local bars and restaurants. Duka Wine Estate is definitely recommended, just a 10-minute drive away! Lej & Laj, we'll definitely be back!

    I find that the banking situation is an obscene scam.

    I find that the banking situation is an obscene scam. All of my credit card purchases serviced by Raiffheisen Bank were declined at grocery stores for some reason. Several ATMS did not provide me with cash. I had to take cash out of an ATM that charged me $50 US Dollars to take cash out, because the card servicer wasn't approving the card transactions at the grocery store. I have not had this serious of a problem in any other country. I didn't really explore a lot. I wish there was a store that carried camping/hiking equipment. I think the coastline is nice. The restaurant prices seem to be reasonable. Mostly I stayed in my room at my hostel by myself so I can't really be reliable to rate the entire city.

    Lovely and clean place.

    Lovely and clean place. Though quite small, there's plenty to explore - picturesque Bazaar under the castle with loads of lovely souvenirs where everyone is sure to find something to their taste and budget. Pretty restaurants and places of accommodation. Small shops but well stocked with things you might need. Shop owners and people working in restaurants speak decent English and the menus are available in both Albanian and English. The grounds of Krujë Castle don't seem to be large but there's a lot to explore and admire. You can walk among the romantic ruins, relax and enjoy the vista. If you venture out in the countryside, you can walk in olive groves among grazing sheep, goats and cows and if you are lucky, you can meet a local riding a donkey. If you love hiking, there's Krujë mountain. The best thing about Krujë is undoubtedly its location with stunning views - and that was what we loved the most about the place!

    Very beautiful beach, clean air surrounded by pine trees, family oriented, a lot of fresh and testy quality local food. Outstanding sunrise and sunset. The best I have ever seen so far. I would recommend to have options of water activities for the families and the kids even though there is plenty of ground activities available.

    I loved our stay here.

    I loved our stay here. The beach is great - clean, not too busy as locals go there and only 1 or 2 hotels on the coast, so not overloaded by tourists like some European destinations. Beautiful beach, warm sea. Just perfect.
