From the moment we arrived at this beautifully appointed hotel, we were treated to a room upgrade that presented what I expect to be one of the best views of Dubai waterways. The hotel itself is only 7 months old, so everything is both beautiful and fully serviceable. Breakfast was exceptional. All hotel staff were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. A shout out to Yogesh and Aghmita at the front desk. Unfortunately, I don't recall the lifeguards by the pool names, but these guys' dedication to making your stay fulfilling was 2nd to none. A thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay at the end of a 1mth adventure through Europe. We will return!

I love this property and this is my second visit ! Can honestly call this home away from home I’ve enjoyed this property both as a solo traveller as well as travelling with family . I’m particularly pleased because of the excellent service I was given and extra attention given to me by duty Manager Mr Islem and Miss Liezel who were kind enough to offer me a complimentary early check inn at 6am. This gesture really confirmed why this establishment is a 10/10. I also love that it’s well priced and offers great value for money without compromising on luxury as this is a five star property. Very tasteful very mindful and Very Very Demure !! Always exceeds my expectations and within close proximity to the Dubai mall.

Whether we were watching the sunrise or gazing at the starry night sky, the view from our room was simply breathtaking. The beach, just a stone's throw away from the hotel, was equally incredible. The soft, powdery sand and turquoise waters created a postcard-perfect backdrop for romantic walks and lazy afternoons. We couldn't have asked for a more stunning beach setting for our honeymoon. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful surprise as well. The variety of fresh, delicious options was impressive, and we looked forward to starting our days with a healthy meal. The oceanfront dining area provided breathtaking views, making our mornings even more memorable. But what truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. The team was not only extremely friendly but also incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that every moment of our stay was special, offering recommendations for local activities and even surprising us with a sweet gesture for our honeymoon. Their warmth and hospitality added an extra layer of magic to our experience. In summary, our honeymoon at Nikki Beach was nothing short of perfection. The pool, beach, breakfast, and most importantly, the wonderful staff, made our stay unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a more enchanting start to our journey as a married couple.     Arjaan by Rotana, Dubai Mediacity, is a class apart in terms of comfort and architecture. Our 2 bedroom sea-facing suite on the 25th floor took our breath away with the stunning view. We were able to see the entire Marina stretch including Ain Dubai, Burj Al Arab, the Yachts, and the parachuting sky divers. By night, all these landmarks turn into a dazzling display of light and sound, giving us yet another view and experience. The mini apartment, the space we called home for 6 nights, served us well when we wanted to take a break from eating out or just relax without an itinerary. Right from check-in till check-out, my parents and I were taken care of very well - the entire staff from reception to room service to Kaza and team from F&B to Nathaan at baggage were attentive, patient, and cordial, making our stay pleasant and satisfying.

    I loved the location of the hotel. It is located at the end of the Marina and by the beach and also just by the connecting bridge to the other side of the Marina towards the metro. It’s a convenient walk to the Ferris Wheel, metro and Dubai Mall. The supermarkets and restaurants are easily within reach. The service of the staff were exemplary, especially the Indian senior gentleman (im so sorry i didnt catch your name) at the concierge who remembered all the minute details in our conversations and took care of our luggages overnight. The gentlemen at the front desks were equally helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the balcony had a good view of the beach. The hot water works well and fast and water pressure was good. The gym was spacious and had extensive equipment as well. I would highly recommend this stay.

    Everything about this hotel was amazing and the decor is simply beautiful from the lobby through to every room and poolside. The staff are so friendly, always smiling and I don't think my stay would have been the same without them Madhu, Andriya, Zainabu, Kartik, Sana, Avery, Akram, Sandeep, Himanshu, Elizabeth, Kadry, Chef Prince - all of these and more I may have missed may my stay simply perfect and some of them I feel have become my friends because they made me feel so welcome and really looked after me. Thank you to this amazing team and professionalism this hotel has to offer. First class service and I am a huge fan of Versace and this hotel should be proud to carry the name so well.

    We were actually surprised that we enjoyed Dubai as much as we did. We had 2 full days but could easily have stayed another 2 full days especially as it was it was a lot bigger than we realised. We did find food to be very expensive however & it was difficult for me to find Gluten Free food. With the weather being fine all the time it was really nice to be able to lounge around the hotel pool & more time to do this as well as sightseeing would have been a bonus. We used the metro which we highly recommend. It goes to & from the airport & if you buy gold class tickets there is plenty of room for suitcases without being squeezed into a carriage. There are really helpful ticket & customer services staff at every station to help you as well. The cost was reasonable & it is very quick to go from one place to another.

    This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

    Great camp with the BEST staff.

    Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

    Dubai is a place of extravagance with so much to do, see, and participate in... I'd highly recommend, creating your itinerary prior too arrival, to save you time in traffic and try to stay in the one area. The metro does make it easy to get around and hit all the 'must see,' sights or uber works well too.
