The service is amazing. A 4 Star hotel with a 5 star service. Especially the concierge service Zafron and Aman were very attentive to us. The hotel went out of their way to make sure the guests are comfortable. We felt welcome with the fruit and date basket that they sent to the room. Everything about this hotel is highly recommended. They probably need to improve the service in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was just ok.

Nice and serene environment and we're visiting again very soon again. Our favorite place was masjid Al nabawi. Good, kind and selfless people of madinah.     Riyadh it’s a King city historical and very valuable.. to whom like to visit the city you have to be open-minded about the culture and respect they rules.. not everybody speak English there so make sure you know what you want to do (writing down the information) before you going out from your hotel.

    We came basically on the trail of Lawrence of Arabia, we were lucky to stay at Retaj Hotel close to the harbor and old quarter that we could easily walk to it as much as we wanted. However it was mid June during Eid ul Adha, shops and visitors attractions were closed, the city was quiet, and the heat and humidity kept us indoors most of our three day visit. Still it was fascinating to be in the city at this time, we didn't see much of Yanbu to make a judgement but we were grateful to make it, as it was our jump off point onwards to Umluj as well. The Yanbu Airport, by the way, was very impressive, and I love the long avenue of fire trees out to the highway. Neat and green landscaping made a great impression for us first time visitors. All in all a memorable visit to this part of Saudi Arabia, before we final exit as expats to start our retirement.

    A two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a nice new neighbourhood close to Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment had its own designated parking and was around 10 - 15 minutes drive to Masjid e Nabwi by car. The owner a was a polite gentlemen who took us through the apartment before handing over the keys to us. The apartment also had a massage chair and had everything that you may require including a stacked fridge, an iron and iron board, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and washing machine etc. A definite value for money for 4 - 5 people and highly recommended.

    The sea was beautiful.

    The sea was beautiful. Unfortunately strong winds kept me from going into the sea. We stayed mostly in the lagoons. There was no access to sea from the beach, only from the pier. The life guards were good and attentive.

    Our stay at the hotel was wonderful!

    Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! The room was bright, beautiful, and very comfortable. The kids especially loved it. The service and assistance provided were truly five-star, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler. We’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next visit.
