The rooms were better than expected. The shower was great and the bed comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It seemed like every guest at the hotel was eating at the same time we were. We also visited the Cuyahoga Valley National Park just 30 minutes from the hotel which was a nice place to get away from the city.

Spacious, modern, well equipped, bright rooms, very friendly staff, especially Mr Pablo, director of rooms, very customer focused, has made our stay extremely pleasant. Would highly recommend and plan to return.
