I would like to specifically mention the receptionist, Oleksandra, and the manager, Oleksiy. They provided us with local tips and in general were very helpful. Just one little episode. When we left, my wife left her reading glasses behind. The hotel had sent me a friendly email offering to mail the glasses.

Entrance was big, clear and reception was spacious. Clean room with nice view. Breskfast was amazing by professional chef. I would ve wished buffet breakfast but the serving was beautiful. I felt very welcommed to Black Sea hotel. I will come to this hotel again. Will recommend to others. Location was also great.
