The historic Margretetorps Gästgifvaregård is located by Hallandsåsen mountain ridge, a 10-minute drive from Ängelholm city centre. The grounds and hotel are a lovely mix of charming and contemporary but in keeping with the original buildings. I have never seen a hotel room with such attention to detail… hooks… robes… lighting etc. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and if I lived here would order one. This hotel was one of our favourite places during our 2 weeks in Sweden. Would absolutely stay here again!

The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was massive. The owners are nice, we chatted with them over breakfast, they are very kind and hospitable. The B&B is also really close to the sea.

Our hosts were very kind and made us feel at home within minutes upon our arrival. Even their dog and two cats were really welcoming. :) The holiday home is absolutely gorgeous and has a beautifully decorated interior. Everything is nice and clean. Especially the kitchen and dining area are awesome. We did not miss a thing. As a special treat, there were a nice swimming pool and also a barbecue in the garden that we were allowed to use. Clean, tidy, and full of charm. Little details like LED candles and a diffuser set such a cozy vibe. I'd totally recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed getaway. It's a spot that's all about comfort and charm!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
