We stayed here again for a night after coming back from Danum valley to break our drive back to KK. There are light snacks and free water refill throughout the day. Place is clean, safe and very relaxing. Staff are nice and very approachable - even allowed us to cook our Maggi noodles in their clean kitchen for simple dinner as we had too much to eat at Danum. Highly recommend and will love to stay here again if I ever return to Lahad Datu.

Everything was great. The location is excellent, situated in a secure residential complex with security guards, which gave us peace of mind. The cleanliness of the villa was outstanding — it truly felt like home. Each bedroom had its own safe, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth and easy, with the keys placed in a lockbox right at the villa’s entrance.
