Good location, easily accessible with a passenger car, well marked access road. Run by a very friendly and communicative family. Strongly recommend for the unforgettable experience. Accessed by a private entrance, all rooms are air-conditioned and feature views of the Atlas Mountains or pool, a wardrobe and heating. They are complete with a private bathroom. The dinners were exceptional and the couple who run the place are friendly and charming.

This guest house is located in the old village of Ait-Ben-Haddou, a sand fortress 30 km from Ouarzazate. You can relax on the furnished terraces, where the hosts will welcome you with mint tea and Moroccan pastries. Location was amazing. Arriving at Aït Benhaddou at night, getting brought to the hotel through the paved cobbles of the ksar with our daughter on the back of a donkey (provided by the car park owner) was incredibly special. Aït Benhaddou during the day is full of tourists and tourist shops. At nighttime, when it is empty, it is magic. 360 degree views of the clear night sky and the stars, and being able to climb to the top to meet sunset was magic. A very special and unique hotel, highly recommended.

There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Salomon ( son and operator of house) is very sweet and friendly. He made our stay enriched with the bike tour and his warm and friendly personality. Our room was very cute and the beds were comfortable. It was a unique experience and I would highly recommend The Heritage House.

The riad has family rooms. Absolutely fantastic place! Stunning views from the rooftop terrace over the adjoining palmeraie parcellaire. Calm, safe area with convenient parking. The location has a distinct frontier feel — we arrived from the Draa Valley and were heading into the desert. The house is tastefully designed with great attention to detail — cozy rooms, super comfortable beds, and spotlessly clean throughout. Dinner and breakfast were superb, served on the front porch — very romantic! Every meal was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The staff were attentive and friendly, making our stay truly enjoyable. This place is not to be missed!
