Forget your standard hotel room, the whole setup is so charming, cosy and welcoming. The pool, the garden and the main guests area are beautiful. We met the hosts Thierry and Rahma and they are as nice as the place they built. Imad their manager is very friendly, professional and literally always there to help and fulfill all your requests. Get away from the craziness of tourists crowd and indulge yourself with a stay to remember!!

Riad Tamayourt is wonderful. The staff is wonderful and the proprietor, Mariam is a fantastic cook and did everything to make our stay wonderful.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, a shared kitchen and currency exchange for guests. Ayoub is an amazing host. He helped us with everything we needed and took care of all our needs. When we needed advise about Essaouira or surroundings he helped us out. He got us a table at a popular restaurant, through a friend of his who works there. He also checked for us if the roads we would take after visiting Essaouira were open, which was great help. The location for us was the best; it’s a quiet neighbourhood where you can sleep really nice, it has some little shops around, but is not in the busy medina. The beach is about 10ish minutes walking and the medina about 15-20 minutes. But you can also easily take a taxi close to the house, which will cost you only 8 dirham to get to the medina (less than 80 euro cents!), which we did in the evenings with our little child. We enjoyed a lot and hope to come back! Thanks a lot Ayoub for the warm welcome and the amazing stay!
