What I Loved Most - Summary: The FOOD!!! The entire concept of sustainability An LGBT-friendly and safe environment Vegan and vegetarian options No plastic waste – enjoy free refills from the water barrel downstairs I had an absolutely fantastic stay. The guesthouse is vegan, vegetarian, and sustainable, making it perfect for those who are not just consumers but also care deeply about the environment, animals, sustainability, and local communities. The concept behind this guesthouse is both smart and meaningful. I truly enjoyed it and dined at their ground-floor restaurant for nearly all my meals; everything was incredibly delicious! They set up an account for meals, scooter rentals, and laundry, allowing you to pay by card (or cash) before checking out, which was extremely convenient. Located in a quiet, local area away from the bustling tourist and party zones, the guesthouse also features a fantastic rooftop viewpoint where you can order drinks and food from the kitchen below. It’s a great place to relax or practice yoga. My room boasted a spacious balcony, a writing desk, ample space for hanging and storing clothes, a fan, and air conditioning. Plus, the bathroom had refillable bottles of local organic shampoo and soap. Overall, it was an amazing experience. I also strongly suggest visiting Nibi Spa, which was mentioned on the guesthouse notice board. It features a sauna with a stunning view of the river. Additionally, swimming in the river was an absolute delight!

Kampot Camping - Eco Retreat is set in Kampot and features a plunge pool and garden views. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the campground free of charge. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the outdoor fireplace, or enjoy views of the mountain and lake. Atmosphere, nature, staff, and the owner are friendly 😀 . I like that place and will be back there again. I also enjoy the soft musical 🎼 there too.

Calm and quiet location away from everything. Its like a peaceful world on its own. We love the view directly to the river when we woke up every morning. The owners are super nice as well. We met their son and 2 small cute dogs as well. They booked the bus to siem reap and also organized tuk tuk whenever needed. On our last day they also let us shower in the evening even after checkout. Very nice people it was nice to chat with them.

I can't express how great this place is... i enjoyed my stay a lot! Not only was the room super comfortable but Mr Leng and his wife are also amazing hosts!! Their hospitality is beyond great, they're so genuine, helpful, incredibly kind and literally have the warmest heart! It realllyy felt like home! Oh and there's a nice rooftop with a bar as well, Mr. Leng makes the best cocktails!!! You guys are going to LOVE IT! I can't recommend this place enough

We don't plan to go to Kampot, but it happened when we felt bored at home after workdays. We decided to stay at Kampot Origin Guesthouse because it's not far from the center, has an affordable price, and is very clean, especially their beddings. The staff who attended to us were very accommodating. Hopefully, next week we will still be staying at this guesthouse.

I stayed there for two days. The experience was great, and the host was very friendly. The location is excellent — it's within walking distance to Hippocampus statue and the river side Park.

Overall great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
