The place looks even better than the photos and it was in a nice neighborhood outside the city center. It is a 10-15 min walk to the station. The property is non-smoking and is located 300 metres from La Spezia Centrale Train Station. The communication with the host prior to my arrival was excellent. When arrived, Giulia was there to give me the key, she was very kind and professional. The apartment is located two blocks from the train station, making it perfect to explore this beautiful part of Italy. It was quiet, super clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I can only put a 10, if I could I would rate them even more than that, I totally recommend this place!!!

The entire apartment was terrific.
