The facility was nicely finished - a small house-hotel with new finishings completed at a good standard. The staff were very friendly. They recommended a local restaurant and were welcoming of our dog. They were also happy to reconfigure the beds to meet our needs. The room was warm, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a small kitchen area equipped with a kettle, microwave, and sink. The location was only a block from the edge of town and fields that looked out across a lake and some mountains. Also within walking distance is the memorial to the Armenian genocide (worth the short walk).

First and foremost, I want to thank the kind and generous hosts who made me feel truly welcomed. The room was very spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The bathroom was spotless and in great condition, and the ventilation in the room was excellent, making the stay very comfortable. While the hotel is located a bit outside the center of Borjomi, I actually found this to be a great advantage — it's peaceful and calm, a perfect escape from the busy town. The hosts went above and beyond. They kindly allowed me to use the washing machine and even provided an iron so I could take care of my clothes — something I really appreciated during my trip. In the morning, they prepared a delicious and sweet breakfast that I really enjoyed. What touched me most was their willingness to help when my car broke down — they offered their support without hesitation, and thanks to their help, the issue was resolved. Thank you again, Panorama Hotel. I truly appreciated everything, and I absolutely plan to return on my next trip to Borjomi!
