The room was clean, comfortable, and offered breathtaking cityscape views—especially from the private balcony, which quickly became my favorite spot to unwind. Waking up to such a scenic panorama every morning was truly a highlight. What made the experience even more special was the hostess. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed while respecting my privacy. Her hospitality added a personal touch that elevated my entire trip.We will never forget the night that we have a happy chat,with the delicious homemake sauce and wine.

The lighting and arrangment of furniture, bed and bathroom was flawless and funtional. The self check-in process was easy and comfortable, the staff excellent, and the location perfect for those wanting to enjoy the real energy of Kutaisi. The inspiring modern design of Rotel has motivated me to make chages in my own home. All in all, if I could give more than 10 I would. Bravo to all people involved in making this Hotel.
