En general todo muy bien, y para familia con niños excelente pues el hotel cuenta además con habitación infantil de juegos y también la habitación "fata morgana" es una agradable e interesante sorpresa. El lugar tiene como tema la música y cada habitación está decorada de forma individual, me gustó mucho que cuenta con una biblioteca. La parte digital (sistema de códigos para ingresar al hotel y a la propia habitación) funciona muy bien y el personal siempre atento para cualquier pregunta o si se necesita cualquier tipo de ayuda.

Excellent service, always quick to respond to any questions, lovely apartment, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, excellent location really close to centre and all the major sites, really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Really like the interior of it. the breakfast tasted good. the location was on the main street. They gave us the bag with towels for spa, which was very considerate. Overall experience was nice.

The three-and-a-half-star Hotel Ontario has a 150-year tradition and boasts a unique and quiet location above the famous Mill Colonnade, right in the center of Karlovy Vary. Hotel Ontario is an excellent hotel, with great rooms (we stayed in one of the bigger ones), good breakfast, very nice hosts who went out of their way to allow us to stay an extra night in the same room. Exceptionally good service! The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the bathroom is large! We loved spending time on the balcony, with a glass of wine. Free parking was a huge added bonus for us, travelling by car from Norway. The location is perfect, above the colonnade. And there is a «secret» lift from the street if you don’t want climb the stairs back to the hotel!

Excellent quality of services whether on the hotel side (quality of food, facilities, housekeeping ..) or the medical side and special thanks for Dr Elena for her perfect consultation, care and best treatment also Michaela at infusion she is very professional and well mannered. Over all I had a perfect stay I really enjoyed it and will definitely repeat next April
