We loved that they think of your pet as well - there was a dog bed, treats and water bowl, which our dog really enjoyed. It is possible to get the keys even when host is not at home, we received clear instructions the first day. We hope to return and for longer stay this time.

Quiet place, old fashioned, welcoming staff, honesty bar, places to sit inside and out, very comfortable bed, functional bathroom, hooks for coats, desk, plenty of storage for clothes, nice garden, good standard food for dinner on a full board basis. Pretty much spot on if you are a hiker or cyclist. Left feeling refreshed after a good breakfast and plenty of good coffee.
