Everyone was so nice and professional. Especially the driver, Dennis. We were new to the town and didn’t have a ride. The plan was to go to downtown Chicago the next day. Dennis the employee who drove the shuttle gave us a little tour of Rockford. The best place to dine out and where to see of the town. He even showed us around the bus station so that we don’t get lost in the morning when we head to Chicago. Very informative and considerate. Also the receptionists the ladies were friendly and kind too. Even offered the ride back to the airport few days after when we came back from Chicago. The place is clean and neat. Everything is so close, the Casino, convenience store, Starbucks, decent restaurants!! Perfect place to stay!! Highly recommend!!!

Owner was super friendly, neighbors were nice as well ! Place was always kept clean, no loud noises past quiet time (10 pm), overall great stay and great for the price, would stay here again given the chance :)

The location is good. The room was very quiet and nice. It was very pleasant surprise after reading all the negative comments. Our room was on third floor so it was protected by the locked hallway door. First two floors seemed to have just a room door outside. We were really happy with our room
