Victor at the front desk made our visit to Pestana Park amazing from start to finish. He went above and beyond while he was introducing us to the property, including telling us about a great bagel spot close to the hotel. Overall, we had a great experience.

Absolutely stunning hotel with lovely facilities. The hotel were kind enough to upgrade us when we arrived so we had a suite for the week. Beautiful room / bathroom with a breath taking view. BIG thank you to housekeeping, they came twice a day and couldn’t do enough for us!

loved loved loved the interior. Bought two books by the designer which theybsell at the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and very spacious and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious, breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner.
