This hotel was very well located in a great, safe area. It was very close to shops, food places and freeway access. The room size was double that of other hotels. The free cooked breakfast was a huge bonus. But most importantly, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Extremely happy with this hotel stay for our long term stay in L.A.

Good size room. Hotel location was very convenient for transportation and food. Close to the train stop so we rode the train many times to Pasadena. Everything was clean. I liked that there was a pool option even though we didn't use it. Parking is abundant.

Excellent place overall! Breakfast was solid and had a decent changing selection every day. Location is excellent - very close to highway for access, and within walking distance of many restaurants and to the Arcadia metro station line. Great for accessing Pasadena (including the Rose Bowl shuttle)! Rooms are also very spacious - this is like a 1 bedroom + lofted apartment, so there's plenty of room for a family of 4.

We loved it so much we booked it again after a traumatic accommodation experience elsewhere. Seriously, it’s great. Freshly renovated, lovely pool, friendly staff and it just felt like a sanctuary. Would 100% stay again if I’m in this part of the world.

I had the best time staying in San Gabriel. Everyone was helpful, parking easy and the building as like the room stunning. They even have Starbucks coffee in the room, and a Starbucks on Ground level that was one of my favorite details. Would come back anytime!

    It is a pet friendly nice location, and I felt right at home. Comfy and cozy, and the air conditioning in the room was amazing. It is a lovely and clean motel, and the price was so affordable, which was a huge factor for me. I am not traveling, I live locally and just transitioning here before my move. But hands down the best Motel 6 ever. I have had to extend my stay twice, and the staff was very accommodating, and allowed me to stay in the same room.
