The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was very homey feeling and the facilities were super clean. Cannot fault anything. Would recommend staying again.

Yvonne, the host is an amazing, friendly person, we instantly felt home after she had greeted us.

The lovely manager of the property made everything relaxed and easy, including our unplanned late arrival around 2am. The property is a NZ motel, which means it is a type of unit with its own kitchen, and an informal personality that is quite unlike chain hotels. The location right on the beach with views across the water and up the coast feels like a place far away from city life. The beach is rocky, and not really suitable for swimming (unless perhaps with rubber aqua footwear) but good for strolling with a mug of coffee, fossicking for driftwood and shells. The unit was warm with the heating on and the excellent beds have electric blankets as well.

Loved the quiet location, beautifully managed grounds. Very clean comfortable beds. Excellent swimming and spa area. Good value for money. Wifi was awesome no lagging or drop outs.

Very friendly staff and the complimentary milk for the breakfast was a nice unexpected surprise. Very positive and lovely owner/manager.

Loved the location tucked away from the main road with easy access to Thames and the rest of Coromandel. The park had everything, ample toilets, showers and cooking facilities including BBQ. I was very impressed with the waste management and ease of checking in.

Loved the location, the views, hosts were so amazing. Cabin is so cute and perfect for over night stays. Private Guest bathroom is cute, but a walk up to the main house - didn’t bother us though - breath taking views.
