After a long journey, we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and cold towels, and even picked up directly from the bus station—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for our stay. Milan, the concierge, truly went above and beyond. He was the most attentive and caring concierge we’ve ever met, providing invaluable information before, during, and even after our stay. He took care of everything, from arranging free transport to the bus station and visits to the elephant breeding centers, to organizing our onward travel and bus tickets. His dedication to ensuring our experience was seamless and stress-free was truly remarkable. The hotel’s own safari guide, Raj, was another highlight. His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Their warm service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. This hotel delivers on every front, from outstanding service to thoughtful recommendations. The most chill place ever. Location is beautiful, loved looking at the view all day long. They also offer very tasty food and help you organise trips/safari. Staff is very kind and polite. The perfect chill-out place in Sauraha.

Beautiful place to stay in Sauraha, I enjoyed everything. The family here are the best people, they made me feel so comfortable and I really appreciated it. They help you in all the ways the can and make you feel at home like you are part of their family. The food is very good and they have a large choice for everyone's appetite. I also loved doing jungle walks with them, everything is very well organised. I ended up doing five days of walking in the jungle, which were wonderful. They also propose jeep safari, Tharu cultural visit and many other places to visit. The place is also very well located close to the river so you can get there in the morning or evening and spot many wild animals. It is in a quiet part of the town and the rooms beds are very good so you sleep well. I loved to stay there and thank you very much for everything. Greetings from paradise

When I arrived i had a nice surprise the owner came to collect me from the bus station which I thought was very kind . My room overlooks a beautiful garden the staff are friendly and there’s a very nice menu too . Everything is just perfect I’m very happy .

Price quality is pretty good the owner was very friendly and welcoming and helps me arranging the safari tours to Chitwan National Park. The pick up from the bus station was one of the best that you can used especially arriving from a long bus journey. The rooms were perfect plenty of space. Although I only got a fan room, believe me it is more satisfying, airconditioning wasn’t necessary. The wifi works very well inside the room so for bloggers looking for a perfect internet connection this is the place to be. The bathroom is huge as well with good shower and hot water. There’s a kettle inside the room, hangers and one free bottle of water. If you want the room to be clean up just left the key at the reception and when you come back everything is cleaned.
