Incredibly attentive staff. We had swim after dark and they brought drinks to us poolside. Our son was to tired to wait for dinner so they set it up at our room instead. Thank you for the special & beautiful memories

That is a nice cozy place surrounded by banana trees, very calm, we slept well! The room was very clean with air conditioner, fridge and white bed linen. Excellent bathroom with good hot water pressure that is not common for Shri-Lanka. Service was brilliant, special thanks to manager Andrew who was very attentive and solved all our questions for example when we needed additional adapter he found it immediately. The tasty hearty breakfast was included into the price as well as visiting a swimming pool in the hotel nearby. The great bonus was that you could also watch the elephants’ bathing in the river. A couple who cared for the facilities prepared the most tasty rice and curry we tried in Shri-Lanka and treated us with bananas from their garden. We enjoyed our staying in this place very much! I highly recommend this place if you are going to visit Pinnawala!

One of our favourite places in Sri Lanka. On the road to Kandy lies a perfect little place with great facilities. The food is amazing (we also got some extra, fresh jackfruit during the afternoon), the staff is very friendly, the bed is great, shower lovely, the Wifi quick, communication swift, and it's affordable. The place is very clean and close to the city, walking distance to main road. The owners are also very friendly and welcoming. Aunty and uncle always made us feel like home. We will definitely come again.

The setting was idyllic. Very quiet, we had the whole bungalow to ourselves and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. It was very interesting to read about the history of Comilla Bungalow and the information pack about the area was very informative. The birdsong at dawn was wonderful. The room was spacious and comfortable, the shower was large and water hot. We enjoyed chatting to one of the staff and he was a great person to have in the hospitality industry, so attentive - a real asset to Comilla. The dinner was good although it was cold. We would have liked to have stayed longer.
