Very good value for money, good location not far from a free parking lot. Breakfast was very generous, with hot dishes prepared at the minute (eggs, brsuschetta) Room & bathroom are large. We had fun communicating with our host since we can't speak italian but prior to that it was easy through whatsapp.

It’s outside of Piazza Armerina which we preferred. We were travelling from Palermo to Syracuse and wanted to stop over somewhere near Villa Romana Del Casale. The place is perfect. You can easily spend a week there if you wish to have a slow holiday.

This is an amazing property with wonderful hosts. The room was quaint and comfortable with an ample-sized bathroom and great finishing touches. The owners are very obviously family-oriented as there are many features that my two sons enjoyed immensely. There is a beautiful infinity pool and animals to entertain and occupy little minds. Highly recommend!

We booked this stay last minute and were able to check in right away. The thing I liked most about this little apartment was that it felt like an authentic Sicilian city home. The location was fantastic - 2 minutes walk to each the cathedral, portrait gallery, castle, city museum and antique book library.

Exceptionally cozy. Warm atmosphere, like home. Host was extremely hospitable. Breakfast fulfilled our satisfaction completely. Nice views to city from breakfast room and garden. Our kids loved Quatro Calzone (cat who was living there). I really have to warmly recommend this place.
