The stay was amazing. The services offered to us was a value for money. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. I loved the breakfast and other package meals served for us. The room size and the Design was as good as the property should be. The services relating to other emergency and Household requirements were so speedy. Happy to mention that RECEPTION staff of the hotel helped us in checking out late. I wish to visit again with more energy.

The property is at an excellent location and is very professionally maintained. The level of amenities is extraordinary for the price. But the major differentiator is the guide book and itinerary that the owner takes the time to patiently explain. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. From the moment we arrived Kanwar and his staff made us feel at home. We arrived at 1am to an amazing welcome and the best meal provided by the staff. It was my parents first time in India and Kanwar and his staff made them feel completely at home. The hotel itself is perfectly located in ranjit avenue in a very nice area, close to the best restaurants and bars. The hotel rooms are first class with beautiful decor and all the amenities you need. We were in Amritsar for my wedding and the stay at Victorian elegance is one of the highlights of our trip. The only hotel I will stay in Amritsar.
