This is a beautiful, well-located, and complete hotel in front of Victoria Harbour. All staff were very educated, friendly and efficient. The concierge team was always helpful throughout the whole stay. Kristine, at the restaurant, was very kind and friendly during breakfast. Cody Lee at the front desk was proactive, expeditious, and resourceful during the check-in process. His service was outstanding. The hotel also has a great view of Victoria Harbour, especially from the Cruise restaurant at the top of the building, as well as from the hotel’s pool. Breakfast at the hotel's Farmer’s House restaurant is filled with the best variety of international food to satisfy all guests. In addition, the hotel is very close to a nice shopping mall, where we enjoyed great international food and did shopping at nice quality stores. Our stay at the Hyatt Victoria Harbour in Hong Kong was an unforgettable experience. We hope we can come back.

Very well located in the heart of the city. Bus and metro stations are within walking distance. Quiet and spotless clean room. Comfortable bed. The pool is so nice and our son enjoyed it so much. The food-hall downstairs is a good option. Extremely rich breakfast. Local and international food & drink variety, always fresh and super tasty. Compliments to the entire team - so friendly and always ready to help - who made our stay so special and will always treasure.
