Beautiful stay here with my husband and our toddler. Very peaceful, close to the beach, lovely and delish restaurant and supermarkets. Peaceful with a stunning garden! Perfect for families with young kids too! Great to have a cot, and kids toys. Thanks for making us feel so welcomed!

We had a wonderful time at Aegean Houses and will definitely return. Everything about our stay was excellent, there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t enjoy. There are rooms with private pools which is very good for the kids. The beach is just a short walk away, with plenty of options for sunbeds. You can either rent them directly or enjoy free use at the beach clubs when you order food and drinks. The hotel’s restaurant is also reasonably priced, and the food quality is very good. We originally booked for one night due to limited availability, but we enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day and extended our holiday for three more nights. We truly wanted to spend more time in Kos, and especially at Aegean Houses.

What a great property fully equipped very clean comfortable and close to Kos town centre to enjoy a great walk on the promenade or spending amazing time on many beaches and fabulous restaurants all around different parts of Kos town Enjoyed staying in the apartment with air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms and a tv with plenty of channels Claudia the host is a wonderful lady answering all messages and any requests promptly she is very helpful at any time thank you for everything The advice is to rent a car or a scooter to help move around as definitely you will need it

Our experience was incredible. Our hosts were friendly and accessible at all times in the lead up to and during our stay. Maria provided us with amazing recommendations for dining that were the highlights of our time in Kos. Perfectly positioned in town, the space itself was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed - it truly felt like a home away from home. We cannot wait to return in the future. We came to Kos from France and this family-owned hotel welcomed us very well ! We had a very clean, nice and spacious room with all the equipment needed. Also the location of this hotel is perfect - it is 2mins from the beach, and close to restaurants. The staff was very friendly, kind and caring. A huge thanks to the cleaning lady who was doing the perfect cleaning every day, changing sheets and towels and was very attentive. A big thanks to the owner who was always there to help us and to offer the best service, and he even drove us to the harbor so that we could catch our boat on time! Thank you very much to make our stay comfortable and safe!! We are recommending this hotel to everyone who comes to Kos !
