My partner and I stayed for three nights. The location is perfect and within easy walking distance of Rochester town centre with all it’s attractions. The top floor apartment is beautifully appointed with tasteful decor and furniture. All the facilities were spotlessly clean and in perfect working order. There’s free on road parking outside the property and, when this was full, the owners allowed us to park on their drive.

Property was in a good location for a variety of supermarkets, easy to access and collect keys upon arrival. Late arrival time was no issue, communication with host was sufficient. Kitchen lacked some utensils but Tesco nearby open till 12pm, was no issue. Place was clean and tidy upon arrival, no complaints.

Outstanding accommodation. Really couldn't fault it. Laurain was just lovely and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We had fresh bread and cake upon arrival, along with fresh milk and eggs. The hot tub had been preheated for our enjoyment too. A wonderful 4 night stay. We will be back! Bed was comfy and the bathroom had all the essentials. Dolly the puppy was delightful too.
