The staff were brilliant - from Berta who ran the hotel, to Elena the chef and all the other staff. They made us feel so welcome and always had a smile on their face. The food in the restaurant was fabulous, as was the generous breakfast We were there for a major birthday milestone and they made it very special

Location was excellent in the center of the Old Town of Zaragoza. The apartment is just beside the plaza del Pilar and the cathedrals. It has also a nice big terrace with views over the city. The apartment is well equipped and everything works. There is a plentidute of nice restaurants within walking distance of the place. Overall a great place to stay in Zaragoza.

Most pet friendly hotels don’t bother with facilities for their four-legged guests. Here, our cats were greeted with beds, litter trays and treats. The room was spacious and well-equipped and very clean. And the staff were friendly and helpful. The car park they use cannot take camper vans but the hotel responded quickly to my query to advise me that on-street parking is available.
