Grand Palace Brno is one of my favorite hotel in this trip, staff is very nice and kind; when we arrive and check in, We had Welcome drink, staff helped us to carry the luggage to the room. My friend lost her room key and the receptionist gave us two new rones. The daily cleaning was also very careful. All the service staff were very friendly and would take the initiative to ask if we needed help. when we checked out, they also took the initiative to provide us with two bottles of water for us to drink on the way trip. We also had a very good experience with the Thai massage TAWAN that we cooperated with the hotel. The breakfast is also great overall. There is a tram stop at the hotel door, and it is also close to the supermarket, cabbage market, and the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

    Good location for transit point. Near the highway but absolutely quiet. We were surprised by interior quality and cleanliness. Good noise isolation. Air conditioning. Tv. High quality bathroom and extraordinary comfortable mattress. Room well equipped with all necessary tools. And big applause for the quantity of electricity sockets! Good breakfast.     Everything was nice, from staff to room and facilities - location was also a plus We have tried their restaurant, which had few options but the food was brilliant, freshly cooked, good price and very apealing - the chief cooked the meat in the garden and you could see it.

    Very clean rooms with spacious wardrobes and lovely bathroom. Bed was very comfortable which is difficult for me to find in hotels. We could stay with our dog and even take him to the restaurant during breakfast.

    Breakfast was good and it was served to your table by your order so there was no waste of food , comparing buffet. Perfect location next to the motorway, still silent. Pets were welcome even to the restaurant.

    Location near the main road, which is convenient for those who just want a sleepover and carry on their way the next day. Breakfast was excellent. No problems with accommodating our dog, no other charges requested. Check-in in 15 seconds.
