The building's design seamlessly blends traditional Swiss architecture with modern elegance. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The front desk staff welcomed me with genuine smiles, making me feel instantly at ease. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The receptionist, who was both professional and friendly, provided a detailed overview of the hotel’s amenities and services. I appreciated the personal touch, as they took the time to ask about my preferences and needs. This level of attention to detail is a testament to the hotel's commitment to providing a tailored guest experience. The Room: A Haven of Comfort The room I stayed in was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Spacious and tastefully decorated, it offered a serene retreat from the bustling city outside. It was exceptionally comfortable, with crisp, high-thread-count linens and a selection of pillows that catered to my preferences. After a long day of exploring the city, sinking into that bed felt like a dream.

What a fantastic stay! The apartment felt truly luxurious — everything was spotlessly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. It’s newly built with all the modern facilities you could need. The view was lovely, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and very welcoming. The staff was kind and helpful, breakfast was excellent, and the location perfect. I also loved that it’s pet friendly — my stay couldn’t have been better!

All was new, perfect and clean.

A very nice and spacious hotel in the building which used to be a monastery. Several nice hikes starts literally at the hotel. The breakfast is delicious, with a lot of choice and with an amazing Bircher muesli. The staff is very friendly.

Everything is perfect. Mrs Guillebeau made sure that we feel at home during our stay there. The breakfast was very good as well.

Superbly renovated building, very comfortable room and equipment

This stay was for my wife for her birthday; the following is her review. a gorgeous room right in the centre of lovely Winterthur. Superbly clean, very friendly staff and such a comfy bed. The price is a true bargain for Switzerland considering the central location and generous size of the room. Loved the inclusions such and a small fridge, bathtub, and tea/coffee making items. They even left me a little cake with candle and card for my birthday. Lush garden views and everything at your doorstep.
