The room is clean, tidy and spacious, giving me a sense of home. All kinds of household facilities are available, which is really convenient. It's only a 6 - minute walk from the train station, and it's convenient to transfer to Zermatt. I will definitely choose this place again next time.

The hotel is just opposite the station. The staff at reception and in the lovely restaurant on the first floor where I had dinner and breakfast were welcoming, helpful and efficient. My room was not fancy, but it was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. A very pleasant stay.

The apartment is ideally located in the quiet town of Visp. Visp is also very convenient to go to other places, I went to several surrounding cities, I had a very happy time. I bought some food at coop supermarket. The kitchen in this apartment was well equipped and exceeded my expectations. The bedroom is also very comfortable, I like the mattress and quilt. It was also very quiet at night.

Excellent quality accommodation overlooking in Brig. Very comfortable rooms, super quiet and soundproofed, very safe, very clean, lots of facilities, excellent wifi, good breakfast (& coffee!) and above all excellent hosts. They were incredibly helpful , kind and we enjoyed our stay with them, many thanks as always! (Apologies for late review! Overlooked whilst travelling 😊)

Location of hotel is great! A front of beautifu castle. Also, ladies that works in hotel in restaurant and reception were very polite and helpful. When we come, since it is self check-in we did not get a good room, but lady from reception change our room next day and it was perfect. Lady from restaurant was very positive and helpfull person. We have very nice stay in this hotel!

Thank you to the owner of the hotel, who was so lovely and accomodating for everything. We dined for both dinner and breakfast and both were great and very tasty. The staff were very helpful. The views are incredible. We sat out on the terrace having drinks until the sun started to set. The mountain views are amazing. You are very high up (around 1500m) in a very sweet Swiss mountain town. You have to see it! Its very authentic and we loved that. Everything that you needed in the rooms.

    Spacious, location was close to Central Visp. Plenty of amenities available, and host was very helpful with being flexible with check-in time, as well as assisting us with a drying rack for our clothes. Would highly recommend, and was excellent value for money.

    Extremely convenient location to move with public transport basically in the entire canton. Recently renovated, clean, and modern. The staff were helpful and polite. Rich breakfast buffet and possibility of eating it on a terrace.

    Location: ideally situated close to transit links (train, bus) as well as supermarkets, shops & restaurants. Modern and clean facilities: no frills, but everything you need Friendly but unobtrusive staff I had the unexpected bonus of a free room upgrade upon arrival, which was very appreciated! The premium double room has a huge balcony with views over the city and the mountains beyond.
