Everyone at the hotel were extremely courteous and warm. It was a pleasure meeting them . Especially appreciated the ,on the house,coffee, tea and water at the reception. This is a true luxury in Europe The Location is exceptional. It was quiet and serene, yet accessible to the major tourist spots. I am definitely coming back again.. Special thanks to Jascha and Kay . Sorry if I got the spellings wrong, but they were so kind and thoughtful.

Comfortable beds and decent-sized bathroom. Very clean. We stayed for six nights and booked a room including breakfast, but when we visited (mid-December), they have lower occupancy of the rooms so no breakfast buffet. Instead, we got to choose anything we wanted from the à la carte breakfast menu, which was a very good alternative.

    Perfect location at the lake and near the tower and Badi, clean and spacious room, great breakfast and very friendly staff - overall a great stay. Only thing I would recommend is getting a view at the lake- that’s really amazing. My friend had a room higher up and with the lake view and I must admit that is really stunning and a difference with the first floor parking lot.

    Excellent location outside the busy city with a beautiful park 5 min walk. Small grocery store right by the hotel and 3-4 restaurants. Really enjoyed getting pizza to go and walking to the park for a picnic and swim. Mt pilatus cog train is 8 min away, and train to Lucerne is 5 min. If you don’t want to be in the city but be able to travel there quickly then this place is ideal.

    The location was perfect, bottled water was provided daily, along with fruits. Upon arrival, freshly baked goods were prepared in the room from the bakery downstairs. The room was clean and the breakfast, varied and fresh.

    Stunning location on the lake edge. Excellent restaurants. We would rather stay here and take the frequent trains to into Lucern (20mins) for city visits. Ditto easier to get to other attractions ( Mt Pilatus etc).

    Everything from the room, to the hotel itself, and surrounding restaurants was beautiful. The staff were attentive and well beyond courteous in their kindness. From help with purchasing boat tickets, to some quick language lessons to better communicate with the locals, everything was great!

    We loved this hotel. The staff were so helpful. We’d forgotten to get francs and they went out if their way to sort it for us. You can park safely over the road for a small charge. The location is stunning. The room service meal we had was delicious. We had two dogs with us so lovely walks nearby . We will definitely stay there again.
