Location is fantastic. The room was huge and views were great! Definitely worth the higher hotel rate. Breakfast was excellent and so was the quality of the dinner. Dinner was a slightly longer event but loved the food though the potato dumplings were plain and unnecessary as a side.

A great surprise! A super nice hotel! The room was huge with a very nice view. Very clean! The stuff was extremely friendly and helpfull! Very nice breakfast. Near a train station that can take you to the center within 5 minutes. Highly recommended hotel!

Only note: breakfast ends ad 10:00am for weekdays. -watchout for late birds Parking is also convinent. You get to park public parking for 15chf per day.     We were a family of six whose needs were well-accommodated by the hotel staff. We were able to check in early after a long, exhausting travel from California. Breakfast was good. There was no AC, but there was a fan provided in each room. The staff is very nice. The location is ideal for sightseeing around Lucerne.

    Everything was perfect! Beautiful antique hotel! The host were really great and kind and they provided us with everything we needed. Even helped set a table for us on the terrace to relax and chill. Location is perfect as it’s close to the train station.
