Friendliest staff of all the accommodation I've booked in Switzerland. The staff here are exceptionally kind and went above and beyond - especially as I became ill while I stayed here (from eating at another restaurant in town).

Great place to step away from your daily life. The place is remote and very quiet. Views are amazing. Pierre is such a lovely host, making you feel at home, great food and great atmosphere. Love the fact that you can either relax or enjoy the winter facilities on site. I will definitely come back.

the location was great for getting the post bus from Sion. the staff were very friendly and spoke good English when my French was not good enough. the restaurant the food is great really nice range of traditional food and things to eat in the evening. great breakfast.

This hotel certainly is grand, with all modern amenities in a traditional setting. The restaurant was also excellent, and the staff friendly and helpful. It was a bonus when hiking into Arolla that Kurhaus is the first place you come to!

Host Doris is very kind. The accommodation is beautiful, stylish, clean—everything feels like new and is equipped exactly as you need. The kitchen has all the essential utensils and basic food items—tea, spices, oil—so you don’t have to buy them if you want to cook. We truly felt comfortable, just like at home. Beautiful hotel, amazing kind staff who made our stay unforgettable. It was my girlfriends birthday and they even provided a little present. Probably the best hotel we ever stayed in (we have visited top hotels around the world). Ideal for skiing with wonderful ski room and amazing spa, outdoor pool with Matterhorn view etc. We will be back soon :)

    The breakfast was wonderful. There was a nice selection of items (bread, eggs, jams, etc.). The location is great for outdoor activities, especially hiking and skiing. The small village is quite and peaceful, which is what we were looking for. The innkeeper and her staff are very friendly and helpful.

    The hotel it is charming with super friendly hosts, dog friendly, great breakfast. The location is beautiful. The restaurants near hotel are quite expensive for what they offer. Overall a nice and a cozy stay.
