Location. It is located near three gondolas. There you find lift tickets(Schmitten) and ski rental(Brundl). With the lift tickets I could ride all lift chairs, gondolas and buses. And Brundl had shops in every gôndolas, giving total support, I did exchange my boots You can return to any of their shops. I skied all the way into the city and returned to the shop at the end of the slope. Cannot be in a better location when it comes to skiing Train station is a six minute taxi cab ride. Breakfast was good, and dinner was always the highlight of the day. I couldn't wait for dinner. You sit at the same table during your entire stay. There are many places to eat at lunchtime. At the summit with a gorgeous view, but the good thing about ski in/out, is to remove your boots after the morning run, put them in your locker with your room number, and with your slippers, have lunch at the hotel bar. My son had the VAYA special hamburger every day. And, there's the swimming pool and the sauna. The room was good, roomy, clean, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, .... robe to go to the pool.

Great location, excellent food, excellent staff. Garage parking is great, easy to get in and out with car for daily trips.. Great location in combination with Summer Card is great for exploring lake and mountains with kids. We stayed in Junior Suite, which is great for family with 2 kids.

Extremely good taste and decor throughout the hotel (even the music was perfect, full of classics and at a low volume, as it should be).     The one bedroom apartment was quite big, the bedroom was separated from the living room, which was super comfortable. Doors between rooms were quite good isolated. The kitchen had everything needed (we travel with the baby and the dog, so kitchen was essential for us). We were also provided with a bowl and a soft pillow for our dog and a cot for the baby. Also it was very very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The building also has a laundry room. Location is great.
