Unfortunately we didn't have time to try the spa facilities because we arrived late at night and checked out early in the morning. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for me. The whole place was spotless and really cozy, with a lot of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location is great—central but quiet—and the host was amazing: super friendly, responsive, and full of helpful tips about what to see and do in Niš. The apartment is completely new in a new building and equipped with everything you need. There is absolutely nothing you will miss. The appliances and top notch. You have plenty of parking space right outside the building. The hofst was more than helpful and sent a bunch of information prior to our arrival. The apartment has a smart lock and the self check-in is super easy. We were traveling from far away and we had clothes to wash...the apartment had a washer/dryer which made everything so easy. We are traveling through Nis very often and this is by far the best apartment we stayed in. The apartment was squeaky clean. This is the one we will definitely come back to.
