In Bagan, state-provided electricity is known to shut off at night, but the hotel had a reliable generator that ensured uninterrupted power during those times, which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast was a highlight, served in a separate restaurant with good coffee to start the day right. The staff’s attentive and friendly service truly stood out, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Mi chico estuvo enfermo un día y le ayudaron con medicinas, también tuvimos un problema con el vuelo y nos ayudaron y resolvieron rápidamente. Muy eficientes y de mucha ayuda!
