We were upgraded to an apartment and it was amazing - spacious, comfortable, luxurious. The hotel is small, but has everything - good breakfast, wonderful staff (especially Boyan who was very kind and helpful and recommended many beautiful spots in the area), and a small spa, which is booked individually, so we enjoyed an hour in the spa to ourselves. There is a free parking in front of the hotel and it's close to the black lake. We've had an amazing experience and highly recommend this place.

The hotel is cozy, clean, and well maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere which makes it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The staff are polite and welcoming. Surrounded by stunning nature, it’s the perfect spot for both adventure and relaxation.

Staff was really friendly. Rooms are very clean and modern. Only the bed could have been a bit softer for my taste. The breakfast was rich in variety and very good in quality. Would definitely recommend.
