The location and view of the mountains were amazing. It was a very peaceful and comfortable stay. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and kind. Jovana is an incredible host and clearly enjoys her work. We loved the private Sauna and outside patio where we could relax, swim, or have an evening fire. The breakfast was well rounded and had good options overall.

The Black Lake, Zabljak’s city center and the main bus station are all a 10-minute walk away. The Savin Kuk Ski Slopes can be reached by car in 5 minutes and Tara Canyon is 20 km away. Private parking is available on site free of charge. Excellent small hotel, nice rooms, tasty breakfast with lots of options. Friendly staff, all in all, great time spent there.

The room was a good size, brand new, and had gorgeous views—with a really peaceful, zen feeling. Breakfast was excellent: freshly cooked eggs, fruits, pastry, and some of the best coffee we’ve had. The staff were friendly and helpful. Walking into Žabljak took about 15 minutes which we enjoyed as it worked off our dinner! The scenery was beautiful, with cows and sheep roaming past. Highly recommend.

Everything went super smoothly. The Ownera were super helpful and responsive. They even booked some Tours for us. Would recommend!
