We were greeted by the friendliest staff, taken for a walk around the jungle (where we saw monkeys, all kinds of birds, and lizards), and then served a delicious dinner. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable with amenities like coffee, tea, powerful AC and a modern bathroom. They also arranged a wonderful safari with a guide, and helped us speak with and find our taxi driver.

Tranquil Wild tiene vistas a la piscina y se encuentra en Tanamalwila. Cuenta con restaurante, servicio de habitaciones, cafetería, jardín, piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año y terraza. The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. The room is very big with a nice small terrace in the back facing the pool. The hosts are amazing! They made our one night stay very enjoyable even though it rained so bad. We did a safari with them in block 5 and 6. The tour guide was very good.

The room was very comfortable, clean, well equipped and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were delightful, extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely return.

We stayed two nights at Farm Villa Resort and had an unforgettable experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a large balcony and even a private pool! We loved how much space and privacy we had, and the view of the paddy fields was breathtaking. You can even take a walk through the fields — a truly unique experience. The staff were exceptional — friendly, attentive, and made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. One of the best parts of our stay was the full-day safari to Yala Block 5, arranged by the resort. It started early at 5 a.m. with a private guide who helped us spot rare animals and birds. The resort took care of everything — from a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast to a memorable jungle lunch. Everything was perfectly organized for a comfortable and exciting experience. The resort is also great for bird watching and wildlife lovers — even monkeys came to visit us near the villa! The food was another highlight — both breakfast and dinner were full of authentic Sri Lankan flavor. The large swimming pool was clean and perfect for relaxing after a long day. We highly recommend Farm Villa Resort to anyone visiting Kataragama or Yala. This was one of the best stays we’ve had in Sri Lanka — and we will definitely be back!
