Our stay at Atha Resort was nothing short of exceptional. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable and the cleanliness of the space was impeccable. We spent two nights at the resort and we can definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Each day was filled with fun, especially our rides with Dammika, our tuk-tuk driver from hotel. He was making every ride really fun. One of the highlights was the fantastic food and drinks offered at the restaurant. The waitstaff were the best—attentive, friendly, and always ready with a smile, they made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

For the price point, this is an excellent stay for value. The property is like a little jungle oasis with many beautiful plants everywhere. The rooms are huge and super clean compared to some other places we’ve stayed in Sri Lanka and also decorated with pretty art and beautiful wooden furnishings. The staff are super nice & extremely helpful. The pool is lovely, however, u should be careful not to jump around in the pool too much as my husband cut his foot on a tile at the bottom of the pool 😅 but the staff bandaged him quick and was super helpful. Other than that, the place is excellent & walking distance to the Main Street with cafes & restaurants. I would 100% come back to this guesthouse if I ever come to sigiriya again. Wish we could have stayed longer!! Breakfast is plentiful and good too.

Uno de los mejores sitios que nos hemos quedado en Sri Lanka! El sitio tiene una localización increíble, las vistas desde la piscina son espléndidas. A veces de hecho pasean elefantes salvajes por delante. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias, el baño normal pero perfecto. Y el staff de lo mejor que hemos tenido en todo el país Sin duda alguna más que recomendable!

El Sigiriya Water Cottage, situado en Sigiriya, 3,4 km de la roca de Sigiriya, ofrece barbacoa, solárium y restaurante. The location is close to the main attractions and isn't far from the town area too. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing! We had a private pool in our huge villa and they helped us to clear the leaves and get the water jet working. We were a group of 3 and the room we got had 3 very comfortable beds.

Set in beautiful location, surrounded by jungle. Room was super clean. Breakfast amazing with different varieties such as eggs, fruit, coconut pancakes, big pot of good strong coffee and much more. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the main road. Restaurants and atm walking distance. Sigiriya rock again walking distance. Host was amazing, helpful and kind. I would definitely go back. We loved it there.

Brand new swimming pool, brand new rooms, youth center. The owner is a very kind person who helped us to travel all over Sri Lanka. On the day we stayed, Ratriya was taken to see the elephants in his own jeep. A scooter was prepared and given to walk around Sigiriya the next day. Highly recommend.
