Set amongst the scenic landscapes of tea plantation, 2 km from Nuwara Eliya city, and the property is equipped with a heated indoor swimming pool along with a picturesque view of Bambarakelle Mountain... Our room was spacious and beautiful - in the main building. Food was excellent - room service and all restaurants - with an excellent selection. Breakfast buffet was amazing! So many wonderful foods and juices. Pool was very warm with an amazing view of the area. Grounds are meticulous. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The host was incredibly kind and helpful. He arranged tuktuks for our longer rides at a good price, which made everything so much easier. We enjoyed breakfast and had also dinner at a very good price. One morning, when we left for a hike very early, he even prepared a breakfast to go, which was such a thoughtful gesture. His whole family is truly lovely and welcoming.

(Netflix, Prime Video, wide-screen smart TV with high-speed Wi-Fi connection) The dinner we had was the best dinner we have ever had in Sri Lanka for such a reasonable price. The breakfast was very delicious with variety. This is truly the best accommodation we have had in Sri Lanka. They always have their own unique identity. That's great,

We really enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Hideout. We were welcomed with tea by our nice host Madusanka. He was very kind and helpfull. The view is magnificient and Nuwara Eliya was perfect. The rooms were perfect and big, with a clean bathroom and hot water. We should have stayed at least 2 nights instead of 1. A true recommendation.
