The food is fresh and really tasty, we ate both our dinners here. Pisey took us on a walk through the neighbourhood.

Sharing dinner with the family and their friends was very special too. Highlights would definitely be my adventures with Esaro. I highly recommend booking a tour(s) with him.

I've been to Battambang few times and stayed in different places, but this is my favorite one so far. Even though I rarely sacrifice my comfort, this place (with it's Khmer style bath tub:) is totally worth it. It's very well taken care of, everything is very clean, bedsheets, towels, curtains are always extremely fresh. It's surrounded by the lavish garden and is very peaceful and relaxing. Also, the owner and the whole family are very polite and helpful.

Located in the heart of Khmer Wat Kor Village, Maisons Wat Kor is a boutique hotel with an outdoor swimming pool and massage services. Rooms have a terrace offering garden or pool views. Free parking is provided. Staff were all so lovely, clearly taking a lead from the charming owners. Food was delicious and massage beside the pond was lovely. Property is well laid out and discreet. Room very comfortable too.

They have a private tuk tuk driver who is a really nice and helpful person with good English knowledge. The owner is always around and asked several time if everything is alright. Really nice people there!

The hosting family was welcoming us with open arms and a very warm heart. We felt immediately like at home. The location is a wonderful green spot with many plants and flowers which makes the place calm and perfect to come down and relax. Setha & her kids were very personal and authentic; we spend a very special evening together having private chats about life... about the world. I highly recommend a stay there if you wish to spend an authentic moment with locals with an interesting life.

Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. I had a very nice stay at the Bar Ang guesthouse, the owners were very welcoming, took me out for breakfast as they don't prepare it there, and I also did the countryside tour with them, which was a great insight into a local life and beautiful views. The room was clean and spacious enough, and as there were no other guests at the time, I had a private bathroom with no need to share it.
