We got the zoo themed room with four beds (not a bunk bed and 2 beds). The kids absolutely loved the decor. It was the largest room we've had in Japan so far with a sleeping area, lounge, kitchen, wardrobe and bathroom. We loved the washing machine and drying function in the bathroom which made it very easy to wash and dry all our clothes. There are no plates or cutlery in the room but the staff are happy to provide disposable ones upon request.

My patio was super neat for inviting a few friends up for a drink. The staff members at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and will definitely stay here again.

Nagoya Station, around a 15-minute walk away, is super convenient, with many food options, and was a lifesaver during the New Year holiday when most restaurants were closed. Perfect for families. I would absolutely stay here again if I returned to Nagoya. Highly recommended!
