The property is located on top of the city's 15th century main gate, with great cocktail bars and restaurants just down the stairway. The apartment was an eye candy, we appreciated the meticulous design. It is equipped with brand new (and high quality) appliances, tableware and everything you need to feel yourself at home and to prepare a delicious breakfast from the local market's produce (located just a short walk away). The receptionist/administrators were extremely helpful and nice, they also operate a cellar/wine shop stocked with great wine that we also appreciated. Hvar Hrad is a city of stairs and the entrance to this property is no exception; you'll have to conquer a couple of steep stairways on the way to the flats, take it in mind especially when equipped with heavy luggage.

Really enjoyed our stay. It’s also very closed to the one of the beautiful beach.

We were travelling with our son and the room always becomes so messy within a heartbeat, but the house-keeping did such a great job!
