Beds, even in dorm are large and comfortable. Lovely restaurant/bar. The food was really good and varied. The atmosphere is great. They’ll help with whatever you need, ongoing travels, tours in the area etc. Can’t recommend enough.

The common areas and the rooms are extremely clean and super nicely set up, with all what you need, from fan to blanket. Dimensions of accommodation is also much better than average. Position is a bit outside the village but I loved it as it’s quiet and overlooking the lake. The staff went above and beyond. Always friendly, discreet but ready to help. we ordered dinner and got amazing food freshly cooked. A fab place where I’d love to stay again if I come back.

Perfect location for exploring maya ruins and a nice morning hike in the close Biotopo. Staff is very nice and helpfull, rooms clean and comfortable. Common kitchen and the access to the lake are just other pluses!

Zapote Tree Inn is located less than 16 minutes from Flores' airport and 4 minutes away from Flores island by boat, located at a privileged point to appreciate sunsets and sunrises overlooking the island and the lake. Awesome place, really nice for a trip for couple or family to be closer to nature, amazing lake view and great accommodations. Peter was so nice to us, we arrived very late and he welcomed us offered some food also. Really wish we could stay more!

This modern hotel is situated right on Peten Itza Lake and offers free Wi-Fi and breakfast. A wonderful hotel !!! All was great : the mini suite with wiew on the lake is incredible, the restaurant great, the stuff really nice but the best is to swim in the lake!!!
